As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Biometric Passport Specialists to ensure the successful implementation and operation of biometric passport systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Biometric Passport Specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Oversee the implementation of biometric passport systems, including hardware installation, software configuration, and testing.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for biometric passport operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and managing biometric passport systems.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
