Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources needed and budgets
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs
- Monitor progress of the project and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors and other external partners
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in project management software
