Biometric Passport Project Manager


Our rapidly growing company in Braga is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee our biometric passport project. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the project within budget and timeline constraints. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management and a strong understanding of biometric technology. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, open to both freshers and experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for biometric passports
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the biometric technology field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working on biometric passport projects from conception to completion
- Knowledge of biometric technology standards and regulations
