We are in need of an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution, including defining project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project goals align with their expectations
- Manage project budgets, expenses and resources effectively
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure all project team members are working together towards a common goal
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders including team members, clients, and vendors

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, tools and software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
