Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online channels. Your main goal will be to assist clients in achieving their goals and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will need to have a strong understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively communicate with clients and provide them with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients through online communication channels (e.g. email, chat, video calls)
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Assist clients in navigating through the company's website and online platforms
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Stay updated on the company's products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of online communication tools (e.g. email, chat)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and online platforms
Salary: 1600$ per month (with accommodation included)

City: Braga, Portugal
