We are seeking a reliable and experienced Moderator to join our growing team in Braga, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, discussions, and social media platforms to ensure that all content is appropriate and follows community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review user-generated content and remove any inappropriate or offensive material
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them proactively
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for community engagement and growth
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an online Moderator or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, discussion forums, and community management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain professional when dealing with difficult or sensitive situations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Braga, Portugal. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in the area.
