Job Title: Moderator - Online Community Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Moderator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As the Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our online community, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all members.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor online community forums and social media channels to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to member inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with members through commenting, liking, and sharing posts to foster a sense of community
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for the community
- Analyze community metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online community management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in online community management or social media management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with moderation tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Experience with customer service or conflict resolution is a plus
Salary: $1100 per month
