Online Moderator for Social Media Platform


We are in search of an Online Moderator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Online Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our social media platform to ensure a positive user experience and enforce community guidelines. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity on the social media platform and respond to any violations of community guidelines
- Engage with users and provide helpful support or guidance when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with current events and trends to effectively moderate discussions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve user experience and community engagement
- Report any technical issues or bugs to the appropriate team for resolution
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company's values while interacting with users

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes quickly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective policies is preferred but not required.
