Facade Designer

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Facade Designer to join our team in Braga on a part-time basis. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative facades for buildings and structures. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop facade designs that meet functional and aesthetic requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary information for design development
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D drawings of facade designs
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project based on budget, durability, and aesthetic qualities
- Create detailed construction drawings for fabrication and installation of facades
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with contractors during construction phase to ensure accurate implementation of design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to facades
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
