A reputable construction company in Braga is seeking a skilled Tiler Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in tiling and prior experience in a leadership role. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee tiling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work is being done
- Coordinate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth project completion
- Train and supervise a team of tilers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to accurately install tiles
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a tiler, preferably in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of different tiling materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and ability to enforce them on the job site

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience as a foreman or supervisor in the construction industry
- Knowledge of Portuguese language is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
