We are a manufacturing company seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing products to meet quality standards. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret production orders to determine finishing requirements
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer or other coatings
- Use hand tools and equipment such as sanders, spray guns, and brushes to apply finishes
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards by inspecting for flaws or defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in finishing or painting is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret production orders and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in finishing processes
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Good physical dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1000 per month
