Job Title: Turner Technician - Braga, Portugal


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Turner Technician to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Turner Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce metal parts according to specifications. Your role will also involve troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Operate turning machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine product requirements
- Set up and adjust machine tools and make necessary tool changes
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any malfunctions or issues with the machines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficient in operating turning machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Biometric passport required (or ability to obtain one)
- Portuguese nationality or valid work permit preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided for our employee.
