Metal Worker

We are seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal objects using specialized tools and techniques. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various hand and power tools such as saws, shears, drills, and grinders
- Weld or solder metal parts together using different methods such as MIG, TIG or spot welding
- Polish and grind surfaces of metal objects to achieve desired finish
- Inspect final products for quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Repair damaged or defective metal parts by cutting out damaged sections and replacing them with new pieces
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and welding metal
- Knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG and spot welding
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.

This position is located in Braga, Portugal.
