Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Braga. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to perform construction and maintenance tasks on job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete assigned tasks
- Ensure proper use of equipment and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines on the job site
- Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid equipment operator certification preferred
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor as needed

Salary: $1600 per month
