Architectural Technologist



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and technical aspects of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop plans, specifications, and construction details. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work within project timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and technical drawings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design intent is being met during construction
- Research building materials and systems to determine their suitability for projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong technical skills in building construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1700$ per month

City: Braga, Portugal
