Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in creating construction and design plans for buildings and other structures. You will use your technical expertise to prepare drawings, models, and specifications using specialized computer software. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects and other team members. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits, reviewing building codes and regulations, and ensuring that designs meet structural integrity requirements. This full-time position is located in Braga and offers a salary of 1200$ per month. Visa sponsorship is not provided, so candidates must have their own valid visa to work in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to create detailed construction plans
- Use specialized software to prepare drawings, models, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs meet requirements
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Communicate with clients and contractors as needed
- Assist in project management tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field
- Excellent technical skills with proficiency in specialized software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects and other team members
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Experience conducting site visits is an asset

Working Conditions:
