We are hiring an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and other team members in the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. Your role will involve using your technical expertise to produce detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models. You will also be involved in conducting site visits, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, strong technical skills, and experience working on a variety of architectural projects. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts for various projects
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Prepare project specifications and material schedules
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members regarding project details
- Assist in the coordination of construction activities
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Stay updated on new technologies, materials, and techniques in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
