Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work alongside experienced architects to design and plan industrial buildings and facilities. You will also assist in creating project proposals, conducting research on materials and building techniques, and producing detailed drawings and plans. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams. With a salary of 1600$ in the city of Braga, this is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level architect looking to gain valuable experience in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop project proposals and plans
- Conduct research on building materials, techniques, and regulations
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other teams involved in the project
- Monitor the progress of projects and provide updates to relevant parties
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and safety standards
- Assist in site visits to ensure construction is following plans accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building materials, methods, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative thinking skills with attention to detail
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on industrial projects or internships in architecture firms
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of BIM software such as ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
