Junior Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Braga is seeking a Junior Architecture Manager to join our team. As a manager, you will oversee the planning, designing, and construction of various architectural projects. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from conception to completion
- Ensure that projects meet all necessary legal and safety requirements
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenses
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide guidance to junior architects on design concepts and technical issues
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and progress of construction
- Keep updated on industry trends, regulations, and materials

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can be provided for international candidates. A biometric passport is required for travel purposes.
