Architectural Manager
The architectural manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects in Braga. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in project management. They should also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure they meet all relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management in the architecture industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to architectural projects in Braga
Salary: $1600 per month (with accommodation provided)
Location: Braga (Portugal)
