Senior Architect - Braga, Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Braga. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve creating detailed designs, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Oversee construction processes to ensure quality and compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or risks
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport is preferred

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. This is an urgent job opening so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
