We are in need of a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery on construction sites. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators and other heavy machinery according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the most efficient way to complete tasks.
- Communicate with other members of the construction team to coordinate activities.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid license or certification to operate heavy machinery such as excavators.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision in controlling large machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial construction sites.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for heavy machinery.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
