Floral Designer and Arranger


We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Braga. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, parties, and other special occasions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements according to client's needs and preferences
- Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and other materials for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide excellent customer service
- Set up floral displays at event venues
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all floral arrangements
- Keep up with industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer (at least 2 years)
- Expert knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, greenery, and their care requirements
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Accommodation in Braga or surrounding areas is preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens
- Students studying Floral Design or related fields are welcome

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month based on experience.
