The Junior Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the kitchen. They will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and development
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen at all times
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality food production
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members
Requirements:
- Passion for cooking and desire to learn from experienced chefs
