Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all food items in our restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a memorable dining experience by creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. This is a seasonal job in Braga, with a salary of 1600$. No prior experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menu items and update existing ones to meet customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality performance
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative mindset with excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
