Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality of food and service, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train and mentor new employees to uphold our high standards of hospitality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure efficient management of supplies
- Create schedules for staff and handle any staffing issues that may arise
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one for international travel purposes
- Accommodation can be provided if needed, but preference will be given to candidates who can provide their own housing

Salary:
