Restaurant Manager - Braga
We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Braga! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of quality and service. You will also be in charge of creating and implementing strategies to increase profitability and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain food quality standards
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Analyze sales data and create action plans to increase revenue
- Collaborate with the head chef to create seasonal menus and specials
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Proven track record of successful team management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
