Job Title: Part-Time Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Braga. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of servers and kitchen staff. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menu offerings and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
