Part-Time Dietitian in Braga, Portugal
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As the Part-Time Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing personalized nutrition plans and counseling to clients for weight management, chronic disease management, and overall health improvement. Your role will also include working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' nutritional needs and create individualized meal plans
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of nutrition
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited university
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and behavior change techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position will be 1400$ per month.
