Entry Level Construction Manager

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry Level Construction Manager in Braga. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, including creating timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Manage on-site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, change orders, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in the construction industry (internship or entry-level positions)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Must be able to live on-site during the duration of the project (accommodation provided)

As an entry-level position, we are open to candidates without prior experience in a Construction Manager role. However, candidates must possess relevant education or internship experience in the field.
