Crane Operator

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Braga. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month and does not require previous experience. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and control cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment on construction sites
- Inspect cranes before operation to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and damage to property or equipment
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure proper positioning of crane and load
- Regularly inspect rigging equipment for any signs of damage or wear
- Maintain accurate records of materials lifted and hours worked
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during operation
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport or proof of eligibility to work in Braga
- Previous experience as a crane operator preferred but not required
- Knowledge of crane safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and understand lift plans
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
