Office Assistant for Contract Position in Braga
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Braga. This is an excellent opportunity for a woman looking for flexible work hours and the chance to gain valuable professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies, order new supplies when necessary
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
