Office Assistant
The office assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. They will assist with various tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining files, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1400$ per month in the city of Braga.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phone calls and redirecting them appropriately
-Responding to emails in a timely manner
-Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
-Scheduling appointments for staff members
-Assisting with data entry and record keeping
-Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents
-Ordering office supplies when needed
-Handling incoming and outgoing mail
-Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
Requirements:
-No prior experience required
-High school diploma or equivalent education
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Location: This position is located in the city of Braga.
Salary: The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
