Join our team as a talented Pastry Chef at our boutique bakery in the charming city of Braga, Portugal! We are seeking an experienced and creative professional who is passionate about creating delicious and visually stunning pastries. As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for designing and executing our pastry menu, training and managing our pastry team, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new pastry recipes that align with our brand and customer preferences
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, breads, and pastries for daily service
- Create eye-catching displays for our pastries to attract customers
- Train, manage, and schedule the pastry team to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area according to food safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a bakery or restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques including baking, decorating, and plating
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in English (Portuguese language skills preferred but not required)

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts or related field preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
