We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts for our customers. You will also be responsible for managing the pastry kitchen, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry making and a strong understanding of different techniques and flavor combinations. You should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen. A degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Develop new recipes and menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee all aspects of the pastry kitchen, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and maintaining equipment
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure consistency in quality
- Ensure all food safety standards are met in the preparation of pastries
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus for events or special occasions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques and flavor combinations
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Good understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making preferred
