We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and other surfaces using materials like bricks, concrete blocks, and stones.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Mix mortar or grout using cement, sand, water or other ingredients
- Lay bricks or other types of masonry units in mortar bed
- Cut or shape bricks or blocks using hand tools or power tools
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using plumb bob, level or square
- Clean excess mortar from around work area
- Repair cracks, chips or damaged areas of structures using appropriate materials
- Install firebricks to line industrial furnaces or chimneys

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Familiarity with construction procedures
- Good physical condition and strength
- Knowledge of different types of masonry materials
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Own visa for working in Portugal is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and vacation time.
