Courier Delivery Associate



As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of items while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to customers within assigned routes
- Use navigation tools to determine the most efficient route for deliveries
- Ensure all packages are properly secured and labeled for delivery
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made and any issues encountered during the delivery process
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner to provide updates on delivery status or address any concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving company vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading of packages from vehicle as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs or other obstacles while carrying packages
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with navigation tools such as GPS or maps
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
