Entry-Level Administrator
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Administrator to join our team in Braga. As an Entry-Level Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in administration and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, manage calendars
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to all staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Salary: $1200 per month.
We welcome candidates without prior experience as training will be provided. However, previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
