Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties in the city of Braga. This position requires a high level of physical fitness, as the job involves lifting heavy objects and working with various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. However, we are also open to candidates without prior experience in these areas as long as they are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing doors and windows, patching walls, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Assist with landscaping or gardening duties if necessary
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for use
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport (or be willing to obtain one)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license is a plus
