Part-Time Office Manager

Our office in Braga is seeking a part-time office manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours and with no prior experience in office management. As the office manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Your duties will include managing schedules, booking appointments, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Prior experience is not required but basic computer knowledge is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting while working part-time in a dynamic environment. The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
