Seasonal Concierge in Braga



We are in search of a friendly and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Braga. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and tours for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Monitor guest requests and ensure prompt follow-up and resolution
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date records of guest preferences, special occasions, etc.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal
