Hotel Sales Manager (Braga, Portugal)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy at our hotel. Your primary goal will be to secure new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Manage the sales budget effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
