IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology systems and infrastructure of our company in Porto. Your main duties will include managing our network and IT staff, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and implementing new technology solutions to improve our business operations. This is a full-time position open to both men and women with or without prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, software applications, and hardware
- Oversee a team of IT professionals and provide guidance for their daily tasks
- Ensure the security of our systems by implementing necessary measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and regular backups
- Identify areas for improvement in the company's technology processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems
- Train employees on new software applications or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Prior experience in an IT management role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols
- Familiarity with cloud computing, data management, and virtualization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Biometric passport is required for this position

Salary: $1400 per month
