We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Porto. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain security protocols to protect the company's data
- Perform routine backups of system data
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on servers and workstations
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network connectivity or system concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
