Job Title: Computer Support Specialist



Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Diagnose network connectivity problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist in the setup of new computers, printers, and other devices
- Respond to client inquiries regarding system operation and diagnose/resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of client requests and resolutions in our ticketing system

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network infrastructure, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Porto. Candidates must be currently residing in Porto or willing to relocate at their own expense.
