As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is just starting their career in the technology field and is looking to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep track of all client interactions and document solutions provided
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking principles, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours if needed

Salary: 1700$ per month.
