We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be creating efficient and secure code that integrates with our front-end applications. You must have a biometric passport to ensure smooth travel between our international offices.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain server-side code for web applications
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of back-end systems
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug code to optimize performance and fix bugs
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Understanding of server-side templating languages (Jinja2, ERB)
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and deployment strategies
- Excellent understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Biometric passport for international travel
