We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and process data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data to provide insights for decision-making
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL for querying databases
- Experience with statistical software such as R or Python is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
