We are hiring a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Porto. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing insights to inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets using statistical methods
- Identifying patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions
- Creating visualizations and reports to present data findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Developing data models, algorithms, and predictive models
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner
