Machine Learning Engineer (Porto, Portugal)


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to drive business insights and solutions. Your role will also involve collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to implement machine learning solutions into our products. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing machine learning algorithms and models for various business applications
- Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to implement machine learning solutions into products
- Conducting data analysis to identify opportunities for improvements in current processes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts

Salary: $1500 per month
